Failed SIM Swap

I upgraded my contract on the 28th of December and was told that I require a new SIM Card and therefore need to do a SIM Swap. They told me that it should take 2 to 24 hours to complete. The 29th it was still not complete, I guessed well its holidays and I'll leave it for a week. Went back to the Store on the 4th of January and they re-initiated the Swap. The 5th it was still not completed. Phoned in on the 7th and they told me that there is some sort of issue with the SIM card and had to send it to Networks. Thought its ok and that there is an issue, Phoned to follow up on the 8th and 9th with the same response that, that they cannot detect the SIM card and they will escalate to their supervisor. Phoned in on the 10th and was told that it has been fixed, It is still not fixed. My SIM is not working for almost 2 Weeks.
