I have a contract with Cell C with a data package. When my data runs out I have the option to top up. Last month, I tried close to 20 different times to top up my data but kept receiving an error" we are unable to process the transaction, please try again later" For over a week the same error kept on appearing. So because of this I was being charged for my data and my phone bill at the end of the month was almost double from what it usually is. If I could have just topped up like I usually do I would have saved myself time and money.
