I had my line installed in November. After it didnt work for weeks and after numerous logged calls and esculations (5 if I recall correctly) i got it fixed and is working fine. But the problem is that I received an invoice that said I need to foot the bill for an unnecessary call out fee.
I spent hours on the phone with Telkom, swapped modems. I even brought adsl modems from work (out of a live environment - where it worked the whole day) only to see that nothing is working.
I can't believe Telkom have the audacity to send me a bill with this fee included, plus the two weeks that my internet never worked.
