I upgraded my handset, over the phone, it was delivered and it turned out to be a faulty unit. I called the call centre the next day and was promised a new phone would be delivered. It is now about 6 weeks later and NO-ONE gets back to me. It seems that vodacom call centre agents are only trained in how to transfer a call and how to cut the call altogether. I was given numerous service request references, but nothing ever comes of it. Thandeka Muyakeni was the last person to contact me with a promise of a resoultion in 24 to 48 hours, that was about 8 days ago. She is impossible to get hold of and does not return calls. All the while I am being billed for a phone THAT DOESNT WORK.

As soon as my contract's (I have more than one) with vodacom expire, I will take business elsewhere and tell as many people as possible of the pathetic service they render clients.
What a joke. You should all be lucky to even have a job.
