Autopage

On the 31st Dec, there was a sim swop done on my phone without my permission. I received an sms from Autopage advising me of such, tried calling back but the phone did not work. In the time it took to rectify the matter I was defrauded of a substantial amount of money, due to somebody else receiving my bank codes etc. Via sms to my number. My issue is that Autopage keep telling me to wait they are investigating but wont give me any assurances that I will ever get my money back. As an individual the amount of money they took could cripple me, surely as a company they have insurance against such things and they need to pay me back and they can do all the investigations etc. On their own time. Obviously the bank is trying to recover what they can but I hold Autopage fully responsible for the balance. I have heard via a branch manager of a store that there were at least 250 people affected by this on the 31st. I have always tried to support Autopage even though I know they are renowned for bad service, but this just can't be overlooked.
