I moved my number to Cell C in September 2013 and since December are having problems receiving connection in different areas. I contacted them regarding this on the 17/01/2014 and got a reply on the 21/01/2014. I filled in the feedback form and send it back to them. They told me to change some settings on the 25/01/2014 which I did. I replied on the 27/01/2014 that it didn't work. I am still waiting for an alternative solution. I have signed a 24 month contract and are not getting service. I am running a business from this phone and are not receiving calls and are unable to make them.
