Why did I stay with Vodacom?

I spend a fortune on my Vodacom contract every month and I even took out a Vodacom life policy. I am not sure why as the service I recieve is shocking.
I wanted to move to cell c but I wrongfully chose to stay with Vodacom.

I have 5 contracts with you and I demand good service!

I upgraded my contract and got a Sony z1 the battery didnt even last 4hours, with my job It is impossible for me to have such a short battery life so I took it back well within the 7 day period (As per the consumer protection act, I have 5-7 days to return the phone if im not happy)

I have been waiting for the Glen branch to contact me for 2 months,
I refuse to take that phone I want a different one.

I had added on data for my tablet and phone an extra 2gigs each but it wasn't done and I was charged on my contract for data.

I AM REALLY NOT IMPRESSED!
