A lot of my work is done over the internet. I have a 4mbps Uncapped line with MWeb. I keep getting slow response times from servers. Today I have 1227ms ping to a server in JOHANNESBURG. My speed is around 340kbps today. This is not the first day this has happened and so far it seems it will keep happening over and over.
