Promise not kept

On tuesday i lodged a lost phone claim with Jacquie Ntebe
1. claim was rejected because i have never used my sim card & my phone
2. according to vodacom system i'm using i-phone

-maybe it was a fingure error & i understood as he corrected his mistake & my claim was aproved; I'm insured for Lumia 920 as 900 is no longer in the market & Jacquie promised to confirm with fourways mall & update me 1st thing wednesday morning but he didnt instead at 12H22 he sent me an email asking where i will be collecting even though i told him that i wil collect at fourways during my lunch
-at 12H31 he told me that fourways mall doesnt have Lumia 920 but they do have 625 but when i complained about the 625 Jacquie said he didnt mention 625 instead he it was 925 - i stil have his email & i asked hin to double check but till now i havent received anything till today & i had to phone different branches to allocate a phone
-i think vodacom should meet me half way by phoning around on my behalf or advise me with diferent options as i paid for the service & as a client this is very fustrating, til today i havent received a email & i wil take this further
