Last week Thursday I went to Fourways mall and i was assisted by Neo who was proffesional, my application was aproved bt he couldnt get through my work which i then gave him the alternative number same day but till today nothing has reflected in my account

Yesterday i sent an email to [Email Removed] as I was getting worried especially since my signature is the contract that I have taken so much and i will be so much. Today I called Neo and he promised to call me back as everything was done bt he didnt, called again and spoke to Peter who advised me that Neo has left for the day. This company hasnt sent me a sms advising about the delay and now the person who promised to check then get back to me has gone home.

I'm still waiting for feedback from Peter even now as he promised to check with his manager - tomorow is day 6 and i'm still waiting
