Itemised Billing

I have been with MTN for 20 odd years and over the past number of years have received my Itemised Billing via Email with no problem. However for whatever reason, the last Billing I received was on 23 Aug 2013. I have queried this via Email and have received promises on a regular basis that they will send me the Billings. Well to date I have received nothing. My personal details ie, Email address etc have not changed. They quite happily process the monthly charge through to my Bank account yet cannot provide me with the Billings for which I pay. Is that now service or what? I am waiting for the Contract to come up for renewal during the course of this year and will migrate to Vodacom. Enough is enough.
