Been waiting too long

I ordered the Acer Aspire E5 Bundle notebook at Vodacom The Victorian on 5 December 2013. The told me the order will take 2 to 3 days to arrive. I phoned them on the 10th Dec to find out what is going on and they told me it hasn't arrived yet. I gave it 2 more days and then I went in to find out what is what. They told me it still hasn't arrived, it should be here the next week Tuesday. I told them they must let me know when it gets here because I'm going away on holiday and that I have arranged with a family member to pick it up if it happens to arrive. Since the 17th December 2013 till the 6th January 2014 the did not inform me once on the status of my order. I mean you cant stay out of stock for so long. Since then I've been phoning and going in personally and still nothing. Now they tell me its on back order so I could possibly be waiting another 2-3 weeks. They keep on trying to offer me a cheaper deal that I don't want and I've told them so numerous times.
