Broken promises, Slow response, Failed delivery

I ordered the Cupcake delivery Kit which was part of the Christmas deals on there website on 22th November which was then redeemed on the 24th November. It said 3/4 weeks delivery time. I opened a request on the site to find out the status of the order on the 2nd of December and continued to comment throughout December as it was nearing the 25th and this was a gift. On the morning of the 24th after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes I was told that it was with the courier company and was going to be delivered that day. Later that afternoon after not receiving the order I phoned again (another 45 minute wait) and was given a tracking number that didnt work. After christmas I was advised that the order would arrive 3/4 working days from the 24th. I still didnt arrive. After that I was promised a delivery no later than 11th January. So I phoned today (17th Jan) as no one had responded to my comments on the requests. I was told that the supplier was out of stock and the they are going to issue a refund! So they about delivery and it being with the courier company, gave me a fake tracking number and broke all there delivery promises and then tell me its out of stock, unacceptable!
