I posted a complaint last week, and to date there is no satisfactory response from MTN. A bunch of fabrications of the truth, blatant contempt towards customers, and the inability to actually respond in a professional manner have become typical of the treatment meted out by MTN these days.
I want to know the following:
- What is happening with the credit due on one of my invoices?
- What is happening with my contract, and why the charges are what they are?
- What are the early terminantion charges on my contracts?
- Do you think that it is in order to not bother responding to customers with long tenure?
