FNB DAYLIGHT BANK CHARGES!!! Beware!!!

I noticed that I started paying for inter account transfers when I did online banking and when I received money into my bank account I also paid charges. I have the unlimited option on the life start student account. So I went to look at the pricing of FNB products online and found out that from the 1st of July you will have to start paying for this extra which is already just plain. But the current date is 9 June so how can they already be deducting those bank charges that will only take effect from 1 July with the new price increase. And this has been happening since May!!! I went to the paarden eiland branch and they said they could not help me because their system was offline but they took my details and said they will process it and let me know if it is sorted, after a few days with nothing happening I went again to another branch in cape town CBD and they sorted out on the spot and said they will reverse all the bank charges because it is a fault from the system and they can not explain it, the women told me that it will only reflect on my bank account the next day so I waited... And ja you could have guessed... Nothing has happened and this is almost a week ago.
