POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I requested a R100 airtime on the 1st and was promised that my phone will be unlocked within 24 hours, today is the 04th and i am still waiting am not getting any response i made two follow ups but am not getting any joy, i cannot make calls can this be rectified ASAP
