Cell C, I am feeling the frustrution others on this site feel with your blatant inability to resolve client concerns. We are another month down and again you plan to debit me incorrect amounts. I have had 3 successive calls from 3 different operators all with 3 different stories? How long will it take to resolve? Is it time to involve the CPA dispute process for breach of contract? Before a call, please reference the following 3081301108, 3091100569, 3080300716, 3080900941. The reference numbers are great sms gimics, but we have actually to date resolved nothing. The contract states 100 minutes, 100 sms and 100 300MB data. How you advertise the contracts is not a client issue, it is yours, a client has the right to the contract they agree to. In addition you have the right to the contract fees and any usage... not for charges you cannot explain nor actually justify. Cell C clients query your charges and question invalid charges. R100 per person extra per month is allot of money.
