Extra charge for mailed invoice

For the past few months I have been charged extra for having my bills mailed to me.

This is not what was agreed to when I signed my 24 month contract with Auto Page and it did not start happening until over a year after the contract commenced.

I would like the charges reversed and future charges for mailing of invoices cancelled.
