I have been emailing and calling the support desk for over 3 months waiting for someone to assist me with my slow internet connection as still? get no response. I also used to have access to be able to check my daily usage but the link doesnt work anymore. All the support desk told me was that it does work!! i have tried it from 3 different networks and it does not work. My internet started off so good and over time it has gotten gradually slower to the point where it is now barely usable even though i still have to pay for this shocking service every month. I think it is time to move my business elsewhere as i know for a fact that Screamer want to move away from the residential market and concentrate on commercial which is why they dont care about sorting these issues out. i hope your company goes bankrupt because without the small residential base you would never have been able to get started. you are a disappointment to good business
