ROAMING FUNCTION NOT WORKING

Dear Sirs

I recently registered for roaming before I left for Nambia and Botswana.

When I was in Shakwe in Botswana and Rundu Namibia the roaming function was unavailable and it did not work whatsoever.

I object to pay for a service which was unavailable and therefore request a credit of R230.44.
