Its I tell you!

I am a Vodacom customer paying R3-4, 000 a month over 3 voice data contracts.. HAve been with them for over 15 years.

I bought a prepaid SIM for my domestic and she said she preferred MTN - I never asked a reason. I also thought it would be good to try MTN since I have never had any dealing with them ever.

I got the SIM home, inserted it into a Blackberry Bold 9870 and went through the process of creating a new number. No issues - got an sms with the cellphone number.

Went onto FNB banking and bought airtime (have done this before for others without issues) to the value of R180 and data (100Mb) and sms (100). Around R250 in total.

A whole load of sms's arrived saying that all of this had been loaded - including FREE airtime, data, etc. courtesy of MTN and shoprite (I think). Smashing!

Tried to make a call - "You have insufficient airtime to make a call" WHAT!!???

Dialed *141*1# to check and it says (24hrs later) that I have a balance of R15, 00! Its bad enough I've been robbed but now I also cannot a call even with R15, 00. How much does a single call cost?!

Called the Call centre3 times today - "Busy", "Call back later". Disconnected.

HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?
