Service as Bad as a rotten apple

I requested an upgrade on my data contract from Nashua, I clearly stated that I want the Tab they had on promotion, Mathapelo even repeated word for word what I requested.

When I went for the pick up, she sent me an 3G router, not even close to what I ordered.

I immediately cancelled my contract and sent the complaint through on the 05/12/2013 to her and senior managers, including Refiloe Zulu, apparently the Head of Client retentions.

Until date today I have not received an word from them why this occurred, even after I quoted from the CPA on all the wrongs they made.

I definitely will not refer anyone to deal with Nashua Mobile at all.

Avoid them as you would avoid any illness, cause that what you will get.
