STILL BEING BILLED FOR A CANCELLED CONTRACT

I cancelled my contact with virgin mobile. I have given the required 3 months notice and I was told that end of Nov would have been the last payment.
End of December 2013 another deduction was made of R790.45.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Please give me urgent feedback and reverse the deduction you made.
