After months of struggling with Vodacoms incompetency, I am NOW at the point to move over to another service provider. I know we are in Africa people - BUT really? Is this how you speak and treat your clients?
I have been running around waisting my time and money to try and get my phone to work.
Vodacom's consultants really made me snap today. They think the clients are complete I D I O T S and can treat clients like dogs. Word of advice we are the people that feed your families!
