My mom passed away on the 29th March 2013 and my six months was going to be over on the 1st April so the pay out wasn't made to me. I was advised i will receive my premiums and till today i'm still waiting. My policy has lapsed and no one bothered to communicate with me regarding that. I don't know how you treat your clients but you should pull your socks as several people have told me how bad this company is but i was too naive to listen to them. Communication is such a big thing but ever since i joined this company i've never got a call from no one. I've signed several forms regarding my premiums being paid back but nothing has been done. If you treat your clients like this i wonder if they get their pay outs and judging from this i don't think so. I guess i'm not the only one complaining about this but this is a chance for you to change your attitude towards your clients. My premiums were too high for nothing and all you wanted was money. What a company.
