My account was suspended after I had made payment at a MTN shop (wonderboom junction) I then called the mtn customer care number 808 and had waited over an hour for an answer from a consultant. So firstly I am upset that they had cut my line and secondly I am upset that it took so long for them to answer my call. Once the call was answered however they had sorted out the issue and reconnected my line. Just the time wasted to get this sorted was frustrating.
