We are living on a farm, the Vodacom tower is approx. 1km from my house on our farm. Since May 2012 we have problems with the Vodacom signal. If we phone costumer service the consultants either put you on hold of put the phone down in your ear. We are paying about R10 000 to R12 000 per month for a service that is not working. What I want to know from the MD if we can send his phones (8) back to him en what address must we use. We can't afford to pay for a service that is not working. I have asked the consultants to put me in touch with the MD witch they refuse to do so we can try and solve the problem.
