Ported my number from Vodacom to Cell C approx middle of October 2013. Got new Samsung Note 3. 2 weeks later the charger failed. Both block and cable. I received a sms that the charger was in the system. I received on 1 November another sms (ref no 978665) that it was recieved at Midrand.
Since then nothing.
The staff at the branch already greet me by name and "we are still waiting for Midrand" then they phone me later "we asked again; we are waiting"
