I tried to purchase an item at this store on 10/01/2014 @ 10:30, The card kept declining the purchase even though i had more than enough funds available. The store manager refused to allow anyone to contact RCS, I then contacted them from my cellphone. The advisor at RCS customer Care assured me that all was in order on my account, she asked me to hand the phone over to the store manager so she could explain the procedure to him and he refused to speak to her... insisting that the Call Centre needs to contact him directly (WHO THE HECK DOES THIS GUY THINK HE IS??... THE KING OF THE FREAKING LAND???) Sad to think how many potential clients this store could have had if it didnt have such a quackpot of a manager! If you're eager to be treated like a defrauding criminal then feel free to visit this store!!!
