NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On saturday I went to foschini wonderboom junction to pay my account and buy some winter clothes, the card machines were off so everything had to be written out, it was end of the month so obviously it was crazy busy and only ONE person was helping ALL the customers, when people started complaining and asking why the rest of the staff who stood around and did nothing couldnt help out, they literally through their hands in the air showing that their precious hands cannot do anything and refused to help. I threw the clothes on the ground and left the store. Today I went to foschini northpark to try to pay my account again, I was told they didnt have any change and the woman rolled her eyes at me when she actually had to go get change. This is the same store where I previously had to report my cellphone for the insurance and I was left waiting for 20 minutes because I was told the only person who could help me was on lunch, later that same person literally told me that she was the one who could help me but she didnt feel like doing so thats why I had to wait, she didnt feel like working. THANK GOODNESS my account is paid up and I will NEVER set foot in a foschini store again
