Application online and over phone for contract

I applied online for a telkom mobile contract. confirmation was recieved stating after a credit vetting process I would be contacted to arrange delivery of the handet. 2 days later I called in to get an update on the delivery and needed to apply again via the phone as they had alledgedly not recieved my application. after going through all the details again it turns out that they could not do the application due to their systems not catering for an Investec account to be debited, so i will need to apply using the third method of application and go into a store. Telkom you have no chance of me standing in a que, wasting more of my time to get what any other service provider can do online and with no irritation to its clients. So who ever banks with any other institution other than the banks they have on their system, your business is not catered for so do not waste your time.
