Both my handsets (Iphone5) required repairs and after trying for 3days straight was put on hold for 30min each time and then cut off. Eventually got through to MTN call centre on 11th Dec 2013 and sent both claim forms to insurance on that day, handsets were only collected on the 17th Dec for repairs and after numerous emails to the agent dealing with the claim (Tammy Pillay) I till to date have received once feedback on the 3rd Jan but since then have had no correspondance as to the progress or updates as when I will be receiving both my handsets. This is a huge inconvenience as both my handset are in for repairs and the loan phones are a lower spec which is affecting my job.
