I am so tired of the poor customer service from MTN. The biggest problem is when you call, you spend 20 mins on hold, then the person can't help you so transfers you, and then you get cut off. Something simple lands up taking weeks with hours spent on the phone. I have used their website to send emails and complaints however have not received a response on either. If you are looking for a service provider who offers even a tiny bit of customer service, then MTN is not for you!
