My mother has a phone contract through NASHUA MOBILE. Her phone has repeatedly been cut off with the reason given that her account is due. Every time that she investigates this NASHUA responds with apologies that her account is in fact NOT due and that the phone will be switched on shortly - which is never the case as it takesx a few days to switch back on. Thus they cut off her phoneline mistakenly and cannot turn it back on swiftly, resulting in many unfortunate consequences for the consumer.
