My Bank card was cloned and therefore I was unable to pay my account which I understand is not ideal, I let them know early in the month that this had happened and that it can take up to 10 - 15 working days to sort it out as it has to go through the Department at the bank I am still awaiting this to be sorted only for Nashua to now softlock my phone and do not care that this is completely out of my hands. They are the only company that is making this difficult but than again that is Nashua's way if you are three days late paying your phone they immediately send you to the legal dept it is a joke seriously.

I am so livid and can honestly say i would rather move to Vodacom and if i never had to deal with Nashua again it would be to soon, I know it is not nice to wish bad on others but sometimes it would be great if the roles were reversed Nashua just gives a WE DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE so very sad.
