Menlyn staff - Pathetic service

Since 15:00 I have been waiting to redeem a confirmation letter which would allow me to buy on my dad's account. Fax was sent through by a different branch and paperwork was in order. I waited a whole hour to attain this document. I was then sent to the paying counter in order to provide me with a slip which would allow me to do my shopping. I waited another 35 minutes as there were only 2 staff members working (already pathetic noting that these are the busiest hours for a well known mall). I redeemed my slip and was told I may proceed with my shopping which I proceeded to do. Waited another 20 minutes just to be told the slip is not valid. I was then told to be patient after waiting almost 3 hours. I was asked once again to provide my driver's license and waited but no response was given. When i approached them, I was told there is nothing they can do about it and to stand in queue once again. My logical response was to collect all documents and leave the store whilst being told at that time that everything is "supposedly in order". I feel that no one really knows how to deal with this simple request and would not recommend anyone to use this outlet.
