I have my account with Nashua Mobile for the past four years and never did I have a pleasant experience with them. My billing was always wrong and recently I decided to port my cell number but leave my data line with them, only to my detriment. I asked the consultant, Johan that I would like to have a WI-FI router seeing they are offering on the contract I am upgrading to. I asked him about a second/dual sim card because I have an iPad to which he also replied no problem we can give you one at no charge. When I received my bill I was charged for sim connection, what pathetic serivce??? After days of struggling to connect the WI-FI router, Nashua call centre discovered I was on the wrong contract, they wanted to charge me for it and I refused and wanted to cancel my contract, they agrred they will upgrade it free of charge. Then they informed me it will be effective 1 February 2013 today is the 4th and it still not working. Shame on Nashua Mobile.
