Losing my patience

I am fast losing my patience with Vodacom. I have tried numerous times to settle my so called outstanding account with Vodacom but when I go into the store they are unable to find any record of my account despite searching under my number, ID number, new phone number, address... now a lawyer left a message regarding non payment - I have tried calling the number back but it is either engaged or goes straight to voicemail.

I am so glad that I switched networks as I cannot deal with this incompetence. How the am I supposed to resolve this issue???
