No matter how many times I tell you that is Vodacom's issue and that have TRIED to settle it with them MONTHS AGO you keep harassing me! Vodacom STILL cannot find my account and this issue is STILL not resolved.
As I have tried to explain to you I tried to settle this account 8 months ago but was unable to as Vodacom couldn't find any record of me - now 8 months later you want me to pay some crazy amount for what? This is not my fault - stop harassing me or I will take it further. You can see my previous Vodacom complaints on this site.
FYI: A quick internet search show that this company has zero competence and cannot get their facts straight. They are rude, disrespectful and have no idea as to what they are doing - they are not interested in listening to the facts and are just after whatever money they can extort from unsuspecting people.
