This morning (Easter Monday)| I phoned both the cresta nail bar & salon to ensure they were open, the one told me till 3pm, the other said 5pm, i was pleasantly surprised being a public holiday they were open and even double checked they were open so late, the receptionist said yes.
On arrival 2:45 the salon had the closed sign but a receptionist & therapist were inside. Upon entering i was glared at and told they were closed I explained I just needed to purchase a voucher to which i was told no they have cashed up. I told the lady I had phoned that morning and they were only due to close in 15 minutes. No apologies No assistance or even a suggestion that I come back another time they just totally ignored my standing there NOT ON!!!
I then quickly went to the nail bar where I could see a customer was still being treated i asked this therapist if i could buy a voucher to which she said the lady who does that had gone home (Still not yet 3pm)
So please tell me why bother telling customers you are open till a certain time then not bother to work those hours??? absolutly dissapointed i will be taking muy business elsewhere & cutting up my sorbet card.
