I entered into a 3G contract with MweB who uses Cell C! Was activated end November 2013. Its now 8 Jan 2014 and I still have NO internet and e-mails. Cell C sent 2 technicians out mid Dec to do a signal check. first lady could not even perform the tests as there was no signal, second gentleman told me it was very weak and that is why I cannot connect. They will advise me, still waiting have had NO feedback. I could do NO work in Dec and I cannot do any in January. I need to go to MacDonalds free wifi to get my e-mails. Really! Cell C Are you going to pay my salary as I cannot work!
Warning everyone Not to go with cell C! they give NO service and they give no feedback. Tried to cancel with Mweb, but cannot as Cell C needs to do reports and try to rectify the situation. You have had 6 weeks, how long do you need. I am paying for a service you are not providing. That is breach of contract.
