Telkom sent a technician that did some trouble shooting and test to no success of improving my internet connection it is ridiculously slow and I cannot work at all. I went to their Branch in Festival Mall and the mobile specialist was very helpful even logged a call on my behalf. I think this is just pathetic that it is two days and I still have not received any phone call from the servicing or technical department. This is totally unacceptable and would not recommend anyone to use Telkom mobile or any of their products.
