Yesterday I phoned spoke with gentlemen whom unfortunately forgot his name, I was asking for my full and final settlement balance on my account including this month invoice he gave me R827.64 I paid it yesterday and today when I phone Vincent telling me u still have R50 that still needs to be paid,

And I was about to take up another contract but this made me think otherwise, cell c what's happening is this a or incompetence of stuff, I am thinking of porting to MTN this isn't fair at all!!!
