Acc paid in full but no feedback

below is is my complain on the 09:16 Wed 10 Jul and yet no feedback also

Apparently I owed R400 of which still today no one from Pholosa can explain were the amount is coming from apparently is from Cell C and I do not recall owing Cell C as an account I had with them was closed years ago but because customers no longer have rights and I was threatened that my name will be listed I them made an arrangement to pay R100 monthly but to my surprise my debt has gone up to R437 in 30 days' time even after paying the R100
Earlier today I was given a settlement of R 437.74 of which I paid now. I then phone in to have my account closed today and I was told my settlement is now R438, which means in a few minutes interest were incurred just like before after I phone in to make arrangements on the 10th June but still afterwards mails and sms were sent for final demand which increased my bill.
Their call centre's stuff is very rude and bully.
