This complaint links up with my previous complaint concerning Telkom.
After going in to the Telkom branch at The Bridge we found out the the sales consultant who helped us did not even know that we did not receive our TV because she was under the impression that we received it on the 18 December 2013.
After finally getting hold of somebody from the company that installs the TVs we found out that the order was only placed on the 18 December 2013 and that company closed two days later fro December holidays.
This is really pathetic service from Telkom.
