Our company Econ Oil & Energy have been without internet since 19 December 2013. I have been in contact with Telkom faults everyday. I am also sitting with a list of references and smses stating that the fault have been repaired. When I speak to Telkom they keep saying that the router is faulty, but I have tested the router off site and its connecting to the internet. I have requested the technicians to please come to my office so I can explain that its not the router and that the line is in fact faulty, but have not seen 1 at all. The last reference used and apparently repaired: 27CRK130114 and escalation ref: 571706. The service received from Telkom is absolutely unacceptable. We as a company is loosing millions because of Telkom's incompetence.
