I am furious with vodacom!! Last month I receieved a bill of R1 500 and queried it and nothing was done about it! Now I received a bill of R7 400! WHAT THE,! I advised the agent that no calls were made from this number and even got a itemised billing and called those people and I know none of them! I can not deal with this nonsense, you'll take forever to respond to me and you'll are not helpful at all! I want some to investigate this matter further as I was not happy with the responses from Alex Mitchell. I do not want anything to do with vodacom after this, I need you'll to give me settlemt amount for my laptop and I just took out a new contract with you'll, I would like to return that devise. I hope some1 can get back to me as soon as possible!
