I lodge a complain via Hellopeter on the 4th November regarding Ref number 3541268846/s3t6p3u-ufz1s on the 5th November Vodacom responded via Hellopeter that a consultant will contact me. Later during the same day a person called Delray Jacobs and apologised and said that Vodacom will refund me, and that someone will contact me. Well today is the 11th and I'm still waiting to be contacted. I wonder is this a way to say look we did respond and leave the case as is. I will not rest until I have written proof that the problem has being resolved and this is the way its structured.
