I placed an order with Kalahari for 2 games on 1 October. I was advised on 22 October that one of the items was out of stock (it takes 22 days to find this out!), and that I will be refunded. I paid with my Discovery Miles, debited on 1 October, and have to date not been refunded. After several calls and emails to Kalahari, I have still not received my refund and they now want to request an audit trail of the refund. I can not understand why I have to wait so long for a refund, as it was their mistake in the first place, and I would have liked to use the miles for another purchase.
