I have applied for a loan through EC Finance on 29/08/2013 which was approved. I received an email stating that my contract was sent through for signing and that i had to email it back to them. There was no contract attached and after holding 3 hours on the phone, numerous emails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] i have still not had a reply. I have phoned this morning again and after 3 hours, i still have more than 2 hours waiting time before i will be assisted. This is very bad service.
